Shipping & Returns


- We use USPS and UPS to ship your package from Bristol CT.

- We ship out Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If your order has been placed on a holiday, it will be prepared but not shipped out until the carriers open on a following business day.

- We do not ship on holidays.

- Expect 3-5 business days for delivery (depending on your state). It may take as long as 5-7 days in some cases.

- We currently do not ship INTERNATIONAL, Mexico, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii but are working on it.

- You will be sent a confirmation after your order has been processed/shipped.

- After a package is in the possession of the post office, Celzius Nutrition has no control over what happens. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office if you have any issues.


We will refund any UNOPENED items within 30 days of purchase through 100% of your Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the full value paid (including if purchased through a promotion). The customer is responsible for packaging and payment of postage on the return and any replacement product.
If a CELZIUS NUTRITION product was purchased through a THIRD PARTY retailer, please consult and contact their Customer Service. We will NOT issue a refund on any opened products.
